Return & Refund Policy

At Sifoz, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. In the rare event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can initiate a return for most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
1. Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Be in its original packaging.
3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
1. Items marked as final sale.
2. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. Customized or personalized items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sifoz.in with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed & credited within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sifoz.in.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@sifoz.in. Once approved, we will provide further instructions for the exchange process.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained. For cancellations, contact us immediately at support@sifoz.in.
Shipping Costs
For returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
