Shipping Timeframe

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days within India.

  • Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on your location and external factors like weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable for orders below ₹500.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. If you do not receive the tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@sifoz.in.

Delivery Policy

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery fails due to the recipient's unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

  • Ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only deliver within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Provide us with your order details and clear images of the damaged package at support@sifoz.in. We will resolve the issue promptly.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please reach out to us at support@sifoz.in, and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
